We are recruiting for a Pricing Specialist to join a growing and internationally focused logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with pricing data, managing quotations, and supporting customers within a fast-paced commercial environment. You will play an important role in supporting pricing activity, analysing market trends, building supplier relationships, and ensuring clients receive accurate and competitive pricing solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Managing and responding to client pricing requests through online platforms
- Preparing and delivering accurate quotations using internal systems
- Analysing pricing data and market trends to support strategic decisions
- Monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for operational improvements
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Supporting improvements to pricing processes and workflows
- Keeping up to date with market activity and industry developments
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver efficient solutions
- Managing multiple requests and deadlines effectively
- Delivering excellent customer service and support throughout the process
What we're looking for
- We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware individual who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Previous experience within Pricing, Quotations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a similar industry would be ideal
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
- Additional language skills would be beneficial but are not essential
