Ansar Projects are recruiting an Operational Manager. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join an outstanding company and senior management team. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Location Homebased with frequent travel within Ansar Projects.

Experience and Personal Qualities required:
- Previous experience in providing supported living and community support for people with a Learning Disability and complex needs in a management role.
- Knowledge of CQC regulatory framework.
- Ensuring self and the team complies with the relevant Care Quality Commission Essential Standards.
- Great communication skills and adaptability to manage diverse teams leading by example.
- Ability to build positive and reciprocal relationships that benefit Thera, particularly with other support services and within virtual networks.
- Computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Passionate about ensuring people with learning disabilities are at the forefront of designing their own support.
- Ability to evaluate and manage the compliance of quality assurance systems including audits and reviews.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
