Creative Support is seeking committed Relief Female Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach.
Our Preston Trauma Service provides three single bespoke adapted support living services with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Trauma Histories. The Preston Trauma Service operates 24/7 to facilitate.
