The service provides on-call support for our domiciliary care branches outside of the usual office hours. You would be responsible for taking calls from our care teams and service users and providing practical help and advice on various scenarios that occur during early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Full training is provided although the role would best suit someone who has experience or would like to gain experience in this field.
