How to prepare for a job interview at United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia

Know Your PPC Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of Google Ads and social media platforms. Be ready to discuss specific campaigns you've managed, the strategies you used, and the results you achieved. This shows that you’re not just familiar with the tools but also know how to leverage them effectively.

Showcase Your Analytical Skills

PPC is all about data, so be prepared to talk about how you analyse campaign performance. Bring examples of how you've used metrics to optimise campaigns in the past. This will demonstrate your ability to make data-driven decisions, which is crucial for this role.

Be Ready for Scenario Questions

Expect questions that put you in hypothetical situations, like how you would handle a sudden drop in campaign performance. Think through your problem-solving process and be ready to articulate it clearly. This will show your potential employer that you can think on your feet.

Cultural Fit Matters

Research the company culture at LilyLifestyle. Be prepared to discuss how your values align with theirs and why you want to work there specifically. A good cultural fit can be just as important as your technical skills, so don’t overlook this aspect!
