Key Responsibilities
- Prepare metal components for powder coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and hanging parts.
- Apply dry powder coatings to products using electrostatic powder coating equipment.
- Operate curing ovens and ensure correct curing times and temperatures are maintained.
- Inspect coated products for finish quality, coverage, colour consistency, and defects.
- Rework or touch up products where necessary to meet quality standards.
- Load and unload products safely from coating lines and ovens.
- Maintain coating equipment and ensure the work area remains clean and organised.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Adhere to all company quality procedures and health & safety requirements.
- Assist with general manufacturing duties when required.
Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in dry powder coating or industrial finishing.
- Knowledge of powder coating processes and curing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced production environment.
- Good understanding of workplace health & safety practices.
