Social Worker required as Team Manager for work within the Family Help Team in the Portsmouth area. 37 hrs a week with flexible working, 3 months long contract. Competitive rates of pay - depending on experience. The team has a strong management structure and stable team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a fully staffed, stable, high performing team and report directly to the Head of Service.
- Support three or four Team Leaders who manage a pod of 5 Social Workers each.
- Work with families open under child in need, child protection or PLO planning.
- Embed the new Family Help model whilst maintaining high practice standards.
- Ensure families receive quality, evidence-based intervention and that the work is restorative, relational and trauma informed.
Qualifications
- Social Work England registered.
- Ideally a driver with access to own car.
- Able to reside and work in the UK.
