Hays Property and Surveying are pleased to be working with a key local authority who are going through work to ensure that stock conditions and EPCs are up-to-date and recorded correctly across their assets.
You will be working to provide stock condition surveys across Bournemouth and Poole in addition to EPC assessments. This is a fast-paced role with high volumes of stock to be assessed.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum two years' experience working for Local Authorities or Housing Associations.
- EPC Assessment qualified with experience lodging EPCs with Elmhurst.
- Experience in general building surveying for domestic housing stock.
- Able to deal with high volumes of work.
- Driver with full licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
Rates: £31-£40 per hour, umbrella subject to interest and experience.
What you'll get in return: This is for an initial three-month contract with a good chance of extension. Flexibility is possible around working hours.
