Salary: Up to £65,000

VIQU is recruiting for a PMO Lead to join a large-scale Finance Transformation Programme within a well-established organisation. This role requires a strong, hands-on PMO professional to lead governance, drive delivery standards, and ensure alignment across a complex programme, with a particular focus on ERP delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PMO function and oversee day-to-day delivery
  • Own programme governance, processes, and reporting standards
  • Manage resource demand and supply across the programme
  • Maintain the Integrated Programme Plan
  • Oversee RAID (risks, issues, dependencies, change control)
  • Provide senior-level reporting (Level 0 & Level 1)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Programme Leadership
  • Drive continuous improvement across PMO capability

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience as a PMO Lead / Senior PMO
  • Proven delivery within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong ERP programme experience (ideally Oracle)
  • Expertise in governance, planning, and reporting
  • Experience with Prince2, MSP or Agile
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
