Location: Hethel

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00

Pay: Competitive hourly rate + performance bonuses

We are currently recruiting for a Picker / Packer Operative on a temp-to-perm basis for a busy sweets packaging company based in Hethel. This is a fast‑paced warehouse role where attention to detail, reliability, and a good work ethic are essential. The business specialises in personalised sweet orders, so accuracy and speed are important to ensure customers receive the correct products.

Duties Include:

  • Picking sweets accurately to personalised customer orders
  • Packing completed orders ready for dispatch
  • Ensuring orders are sent to the correct customers
  • Working efficiently to daily picking and packing targets
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Following warehouse health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous picking and packing experience is desirable
  • Comfortable with hand picking products
  • Good level of spoken and written English required
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Own transport is essential due to location and lack of local public transport

Targets & Bonus Scheme:

  • Picking target: 262kg per day
  • Bonus paid for achieving 362kg per day (£25 per day bonus)
  • Packing target: 300 orders per day
  • Bonus paid for achieving 380 orders packed per day (£25 per day bonus)
  • Potential to earn up to an additional £125 per week in bonuses.

Additional Information:

  • 2 x 30‑minute breaks per day
  • Candidates must bring their own lunch
  • Temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate
