PICKER PACKER Based in Leicester - LE3
PAY RATES:
- £12.86 per hour - afternoon shift
- £13.51 per hour - Sunday rate
- £16.08 per hour - overtime after 37.5 hours

Working for Omnia Resourcing as a Picker Packer you will be supporting the permanent team for our client based in Leicester.
Responsibilities:
- Picking
- Packing
- Performing a variety of roles for variety
- Working in a chilled environment
- Long standing hours at the job station
Shift Patterns and Working Hours:
- 4 PM working until the job is finished
- 4-5 days a week between Sunday and Saturday
Key Attributes:
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Able to work in a team
- Willingness to change tasks or departments as operations require
- Able to stand for 8 hours or more per day
- Able to communicate effectively with managers and other people in the department
- Great attention to detail
- Reliable with a desire to succeed

- Good English communication
