Evolve are partnering with an innovative and fast-growing ophthalmology company to recruit a Key Account Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist healthcare business with a strong presence in the market, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing strategic NHS partnerships, and delivering impactful customer engagement across both primary and secondary care settings. This is a full-time permanent position covering the North West of the UK, specifically Greater Manchester, Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Ideal Requirements for the Key Account Manager
- ABPI qualified with a strong background in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally gained within specialist or hospital-led therapy areas.
- A proven track record of delivering commercial success within the NHS, with the confidence to manage complex stakeholder networks and influence decision-making across primary and secondary care.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, commissioning pathways, and formulary processes, combined with the ability to use data, insights, and analytics to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders while working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable, with experience managing a large geographical territory and using digital engagement tools to deliver impactful customer interactions.

- Own and grow a high-potential NHS territory by building influential relationships across primary and secondary care, becoming the trusted partner for key ophthalmology stakeholders within your healthcare locality.
- Drive commercial success across a leading ophthalmic portfolio, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact on both patient care and business growth within a specialist and evolving market.
- Shape local market strategy through deep NHS insight, using your understanding of ICBs, formularies, patient pathways, and stakeholder priorities to identify opportunities and influence treatment adoption.
