Position: Site Administrator

Location: Peterhead, nr Aberdeen

Work Pattern: Contract, full time on site

Set up: Hourly rate PAYE via Umbrella company

We're recruiting for a Site Administrator on a 12 month contract to help a team and support daily activities on a large construction project.

Responsibilities:

  • Register visitors to Office on system.
  • Greet visitors and new starts on site.
  • Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, PPE ordering, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries.
  • Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
  • Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a driving license and vehicle.
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about the business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders and project teams.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages and a flair for picking up new IT systems would be a bonus.
  • Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.
  • High regard for safety, of both you and your surroundings.
