Position: Site Administrator
Location: Peterhead, nr Aberdeen
Work Pattern: Contract, full time on site
Set up: Hourly rate PAYE via Umbrella company
We're recruiting for a Site Administrator on a 12 month contract to help a team and support daily activities on a large construction project.
Responsibilities:
- Register visitors to Office on system.
- Greet visitors and new starts on site.
- Assisting the project teams with general administration duties, such as booking meeting rooms, PPE ordering, ordering stationery, dealing with office deliveries.
- Managing project trackers for site personnel and fleet vehicles.
- Supporting the Project Coordination Team to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must have a driving license and vehicle.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this role is a busy one and will allow you an opportunity to learn about the business and interact with a wide range of stakeholders and project teams.
- Competent using Microsoft Office packages and a flair for picking up new IT systems would be a bonus.
- Good literacy and communication skills, as well as excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Analytical and systematic approach to problem solving, able to use own initiative, while also contributing to effective team working.
- High regard for safety, of both you and your surroundings.
