Warehouse Operative Houghton-Le-Spring £12.71 per hour Permanent Day Shift Opportunity to gain full time employment.

We're hiring Warehouse Operatives for long term work with a leading global automotive client. Our client has over 100 years' experience and has earned a reputation for excellence through building a future on innovation. With a large order book and growing product base, they are looking to recruit people who are available to start immediately, in their modern factory facility.

Shift Pattern: Days 07:00 - 15:15. You must also be flexible to work overtime as and when required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operating in a safe manner at all times
  • Following standard operating procedures
  • Manually feeding production lines with parts
  • Loading and unloading stock
  • Use of handheld scanner
  • Adhering to strict health and safety policies at all times
  • Working within a team to ensure smooth running of the warehouse

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Strong work ethic
  • A positive attitude and willing to learn new skills
