A leading Brighton-based accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their dedicated payroll team. With a varied client base and a strong reputation across the South East, this is a brilliant opportunity to do payroll properly, in a team that knows the work inside out.

You’ll be looking after a portfolio of clients with weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and annual pay runs, working alongside colleagues who genuinely enjoy the technical side of payroll.

The role:

  • Running end-to-end payroll for a wide range of clients
  • Processing starters, leavers, and salary changes
  • Administering SMP, SPP, SSP, and other statutory payments
  • Handling client queries and resolving them properly
  • Ensuring full compliance with HMRC and current legislation
  • Supporting year-end processes and P11D submissions
