As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for a monthly and weekly payroll and a medium sized payroll team. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a monthly and weekly payroll from start to finish
  • Overseeing all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP, SSP, NI, PAYE HMRC submissions
  • All year end processes
  • Stepping in and resolving any escalated queries
  • Managing the payroll team - carrying out one-to-ones, appraisals, training plans etc
  • Supporting with any project related work
  • Stakeholder management

To be considered for this role, candidates need to be an experienced Payroll Manager with a proven track record of staff management and comfortable dealing with a monthly and weekly payroll.
