Job Overview

Working within the EMEA payroll team you will be responsible for running payrolls for various countries across the EMEA region.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Working within a team being responsible for timely and accurate delivery of EMEA payrolls.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll instructions to the outsourced payroll provider.
  • Monthly reconciliation and approval of payroll output reports.
  • Provide quality customer service to employees and stakeholders across all payroll matters.
  • Deal with various queries via mailbox and phone.

Essential Skills and Competencies

  • Experience working with EMEA payrolls.
  • Excellent numeracy and written communication skills.
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets.
  • Good Excel skills.
  • Able to work as part of a team.

Desirable Skills and Competencies

  • Experience with Cloudpay payroll platform.
  • Experience with Workday HR.
  • An analytical and curious approach.
