What You’ll Do

  • As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients and the healthcare team
  • Welcoming and supporting patients with queries in person, via phone and email.
  • Coordinating appointments and managing busy patient schedules.
  • Answering queries and providing information about the services.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and managing administrative tasks.
  • Contacting prospective patients, who have enquired about the services.
