We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to support the safe delivery and ongoing development of community-based complex care services in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing domiciliary care service and play a key role in shaping clinical standards, supporting care teams, and ensuring high-quality person-centred care delivery.
About the Role
As a Registered General Nurse, you will provide office-based clinical leadership and oversight to support clients receiving complex care within their own homes and community settings. You as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) will oversee clinical risk assessments, care planning, package mobilisation, staff training, and competency assessments, ensuring care delivery remains safe, compliant, and evidence-based at all times. The role requires a confident and proactive clinician who can work independently while supporting operational teams and contributing to service growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the clinical components of care delivery
- Support mobilisation and implementation of new complex care packages
- Conduct clinical assessments, reviews, and risk management processes
- Develop and oversee person-centred care plans
- Provide training, supervision, and competency assessments to care staff
- Support clinical governance, compliance, and quality assurance processes
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals
- Provide clinical guidance and support to operational teams
- Monitor quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development and growth of clinical services, maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
About You
- Registered General Nurse with active NMC PIN
- Minimum 2 years' nursing experience within community or hospital settings
- Experience in complex care, clinical risk management, and care planning
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and governance frameworks
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Confident delivering training and supporting staff development
- Good IT and documentation skills
- Positive, organised, and solutions-focused approach
- Teaching or mentoring experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
