Part Time Operations Coordinator role offered on a Part Time Temporary to Permanent basis working Monday to Thursday.

Location: Derby

Part Time Hours: 28 Hours Per Week

FTE Basic Salary: £28,000.00 Per Annum to £30,000.00 Per Annum (Pro Rata for Part Time 28 Hours Per Week)

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Office Operations are running smoothly.
  • HR duties, Health and Safety Administration, and Purchasing Administration.
  • Assisting the Operations Department in all aspects of Administration.
  • Overseeing contractors on site and handling queries with service providers.
  • Obtaining quotations and acting as Purchasing Administrator when necessary, including raising Purchase Orders.
  • Being the point of contact for colleagues regarding HR related queries including onboarding new starters.
  • Actively participating in meetings and contributing effectively.
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties as required with a hands-on approach.

Operations Coordinator requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator, Operations Administrator, Facilities Administrator or similar roles is essential.
  • Highly flexible with a can-do attitude and a hands-on approach.
  • Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and a dynamic, likeable personality.
