Eden Brown are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Assessor to join the team at a leading further education college in West Yorkshire on a temporary, part-time basis. This role is perfect for a skilled trainer/assessor who can carry out observations in education and early years and support learners from Level 2 Certificates to T-Level Diplomas. This is a part-time temporary role to start ASAP for 3/4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct professional observations of learners in early years and educational settings
- Assess learner performance against relevant qualifications (Level 2 Certificate, Level 2 Foundation, T-Level Diploma)
- Provide constructive feedback to support learner development
- Maintain accurate and timely assessment records
- Qualified trainer/assessor with experience in education and early years
- Strong understanding of Level 2 and T-Level standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
