This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking Defence company renowned for its cutting‑edge technology and exceptional craftsmanship. As a Vehicle Body Paint Sprayer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality finishes that exceed expectations and set industry standards. Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm on a 6‑month rolling contract with a pay rate of £19.11 PAYE or £25.00 contract rate.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure a flawless finish.
  • Mix paints to match colours accurately and apply primer, base coats, and clear coats with precision.
  • Operate spray guns and other equipment, adjusting settings to achieve optimal results.
  • Conduct quality checks to inspect finished work for imperfections and ensure a smooth, professional finish.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the paint booth and equipment.
  • Track inventory of paints and materials to ensure seamless operations.
