Key Duties:- Operate machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- Pack products accurately according to training.
- Complete full training on multiple machines over 4-6 weeks.
- Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team.
- Commitment to training and development within the role.
- Pay from £13.39 per hour, rising to £15.91 per hour after 3 months.
- 4 days off every week.
- 30 days' holiday, increasing by 1 day per year for the first 3 years.
