We are recruiting for a Site Manager to join a respected Oxford‑based contractor specializing in super‑prime residential homes across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and surrounding areas.
This is a standalone £5million private residence, due to start on site in May. The job requires an experienced, detail‑driven Site Manager to take the lead on a highly bespoke two/three‑storey home featuring complex structural steel packages, architectural detailing, and a full suite of luxury internal finishes including a private cinema room and indoor pool.
About the Contractor
This is a locally focused, design‑led contractor delivering high‑end properties for private clients. With a strong pipeline already secured heading into 2026, they offer long‑term work within a sensible geographic radius, typically no more than 30–40 minutes from Oxford.
Their projects are architecturally ambitious and technically interesting, often involving:
- Complex structural steelwork
- Bespoke joinery and stonework
- High‑end MEP coordination
- Luxury internal packages (cinema, pool, etc.)
- Close client interaction and design refinement
Ideal Candidate
