Actaris Site Services is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor for a 6-month contract to oversee plant room installations in Oxford. This role will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical installation activities for plant room projects
- Manage on-site mechanical teams and subcontractors
- Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings, and industry standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates on programme, risks, and performance
- Enforce health & safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards are met
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure effective coordination
- Support commissioning and final handover of installations
