Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer required to join a Global Engineering Service provider. The Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer will provide LEV testing, calibration, and certification services for controlled environments, Cleanrooms, medical gas systems, and laboratory instrumentation. Full training provided.
The Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / LEV Engineer will ideally have an engineering background within LEV testing or servicing, within Cleanroom / laboratory LEV, industrial / process extraction, Containment / High - Hazard LEV, or similar LEV environments.
Package:
- £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Role:
- To provide LEV testing, calibration, and certification services for controlled environments, Cleanrooms, medical gas systems, and laboratory instrumentation.
- Willingness to cover the local area for the candidate, but be prepared for ad hoc travel across the UK, with overnight stays.
- Working on LEV systems, dust extraction, fume extraction, as well as similar filtration systems and products.
- Assist in setting up, executing and documenting test procedures.
- Use test equipment and logging tools to capture data.
- Support calibration, maintenance and verification of test equipment.
- Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements:
- Proven engineering background within LEV testing or servicing, within Cleanroom / laboratory LEV, industrial / process extraction, Containment / High - Hazard LEV, or similar LEV environments.
- Full training provided.
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Filtration Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, LEV / Ventilation Engineer or similar.
- Hold a valid P601 is essential, further COSHH P certifications are beneficial.
- Good working knowledge of three-phase electrics and controls is advantageous.
- An engineering qualification would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and travel around the UK as and when required.
- Willingness to be on an on-call rota, 1 in 4.
