We are currently looking for an Assembler to join a well-established technology company based in Oxford. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work within a clean and supportive environment. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role

  • Assembly work using small parts and components
  • Bench-based and repetitive work while seated at a workstation
  • Following assembly drawings, work instructions, and documentation
  • Diagnosing and repairing faulty components where required
  • Assisting with packing, dispatch, goods in, stock checks, and testing duties
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
  • Supporting continuous improvement and providing feedback during builds
  • Working independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

Skills & Experience

  • Assembly experience would be beneficial but is not essential as training is provided
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with small components
  • Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills including Word and Excel
