Winner Education are currently seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join an exceptional and unique nursery setting in Oxford. This is a permanent, full-time position within a nursery group dedicated to shaping young minds and transforming early childhood education across the UK. They provide outstanding care and nurturing environments that make a real difference in the lives of children every day.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a high standard of care and education to all children
- Follow the EYFS framework
- Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
- Build strong communication with parents, professionals, and colleagues
- Assess and review children’s development
- Implement an effective key person approach
- Provide an enabling indoor and outdoor learning environment
- Maintain and update personal records for each child
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children is maintained
- Work closely with the Room Leader and Senior Team to deliver outstanding educational experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification
- At least 12 months experience working within an Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A genuine passion for childcare, child development, and making a difference
- A child-centred approach to your work
