We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a well-established carpentry subcontractor delivering projects across major Tier 1 construction sites in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing business involved in high-profile commercial and residential developments, supporting site and project teams with accurate document management and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining project documentation using document control systems
  • Uploading, tracking, and distributing drawings, RFIs, technical submissions, and O&M manuals
  • Ensuring all project documentation is correctly filed and version controlled
  • Liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and Tier 1 main contractors
  • Supporting project managers with administration and reporting requirements
