Red Sky Personnel are currently looking to speak with experienced Gatemen for an active construction project based in the OX3 area of Oxford. This is a mid-term contract opportunity expected to last around 6 weeks initially, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements and workload.
This position will suit someone with previous experience working on busy construction sites who is confident managing site access, maintaining safety procedures, and communicating effectively with site teams, visitors, and delivery drivers.
Key Responsibilities- Controlling access and egress to site
- Signing visitors, contractors, and deliveries in/out
- Assisting with traffic and vehicle movement on site
- Maintaining site security and monitoring gates/access points
- Ensuring all personnel entering site are compliant with site rules and PPE requirements
- Supporting the site management team with general site coordination duties
- Keeping work areas safe, clean, and organised
- Previous construction site experience essential
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full orange PPE required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
- Ability to work effectively within a busy site environment
