A highly respected, multi‑disciplinary design and planning consultancy specialising in rural land and property asset development is expanding to a brand‑new Oxfordshire office. We are seeking an Associate Architect to lead the charge in the South of England, with the full backing of an experienced North‑based team and a growing South‑based team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- As an Associate Architect you will shape the direction of the regional operation, leading projects, business development, client relationships, and winning work.
- You will play a defining role in establishing the practice across the South of England.
What We’re Looking For
- ARB/RIBA registered Architect
- Extensive experience in High‑End Residential, Conservation, Heritage and/or Rural sectors
- A proven track record of leading projects and delivering results in these areas
- Demonstrable business development experience—winning work, nurturing clients, and growing relationships
- The ambition to do something genuinely significant with your career
