Ideal Recruit Order Pickers Wanted Haydock, WA11

Are you looking for an exciting role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are recruiting Order Pickers to join our client’s team in the Chill Department. This is a physically demanding position requiring candidates to perform lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling tasks with minimal mechanical handling equipment. Full training and a formal one-week induction are provided in-house.

Reliable and hardworking individuals with:

  • Ability to work FULL TIME
  • Consistent attendance
  • Strong focus on quality over quantity
  • Ability to work effectively throughout the shift

Hours of Work:

Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 6am-4pm

Pay & Benefits:

  • Basic pay: £12.81/hr
  • Weekly bonus opportunities
  • Full PPE provided including zip-up high-vis vests
  • Comprehensive training: classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week
