About the role

As an Optical Assistant your role will involve meeting and greeting customers and always delivering an excellent customer experience.

The Responsibilities include:

  • Performing pre-screening eye health checks
  • Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist
  • Dispensing glasses
  • Doing collections
  • Helping customers choose their frames
  • Minor repair and adjustments of spectacles
