We are seeking a highly organised Operations Administrator to join a fantastic organisation on a 6 month FTC. As the Operations Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Provide administrative support to customers and internal team members
  • Coordinate and manage shared inboxes, calls and service requests
  • Prepare and format documents, reports and correspondence
  • Liaise with engineers to schedule works
