About the Role

OMB Tax Director/Partner opportunity based in the Midlands. The company is a rapidly growing, acquisitive firm that has achieved unprecedented growth in recent years and is looking to expand its OMB Tax Advisory team.

Role Overview

The national team of technical tax advisors requires a Director or Partner to oversee advisory services for SME, OMB, and entrepreneurial businesses—from the conception of an idea, sourcing funding and investments to the development of strategic growth plans or exit strategies. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with clients and fellow partners, managing the delivery of ad hoc advisory work and consultancy projects, and supporting the current team while recruiting further and defining the role within the wider business.
