What You’ll Do:
- Leading and managing all warehouse staff to ensure seamless dispatching of orders and receipt of stock.
- Overseeing three key areas: Pick, Pack and Dispatch; Goods In; and Stock Control.
- Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting inventory checks, and managing full stock takes.
- Collaborating with a Health and Safety supervisor to uphold safety standards and regulations.
- Managing BSI audits and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Controlling UK carriers for efficient logistics management.
- Producing monthly KPIs for company directors to track operational success.
- Handling the purchase of consumables and ensuring warehouse and forklift maintenance.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in warehousing and staff management.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly OGL Software and Microsoft Excel.
- A flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
