The salary for this IPAF/PASMA Instructor role is 33,500 - 37,500 (DOE) plus 4,840 car allowance and benefits. Due to the increasing demand for training, we are looking to recruit a number of IPAF/PASMA Instructors to deliver training to national standards to our customer base and internal staff.

About the Role
  • Delivering training to a required standard (e.g. IPAF, PASMA).
  • Ensuring the health and safety of all delegates participating in training.
  • Undertaking and ensuring all relevant paperwork is filled out correctly and submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Preparing training areas (both indoors and outdoors) ready for delegates to arrive.
We welcome applications for this IPAF Instructor role from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes:
  • IPAF, PASMA, instructor, document control, preparation, planning, PTLLS, trainer, communication, client relationship, coaching, and mentoring.

Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will hold an IPAF & PASMA Instructor licence (PASMA licence can be worked towards).
  • Will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Will be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, and have good time management.
  • Will hold a full driving licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
