We are looking to hire an experienced CNC SETTER / OPERATOR. As a busy manufacturing company, located in the heart of the Midlands, we need your experience to set and operate our CNC Machines. HAAS and Duggard machining knowledge would be beneficial though NOT essential.

Commutable from Birmingham, Rowley Regis, Brierly Hill, Walsall, West Bromwich, Cradley Heath, Bilston, Willenhall, Wednesbury, Aston, Quinton and Harbourne.

DUTIES
  • Operate and set up Star CNC Lathes to meet the build plan.
  • Handle job changeovers, tool changes, and assist with breakdowns.
  • Complete first-off checks and maintain quality standards.
  • Support new part development and produce samples as needed.
  • Keep the CNC area organized and maintain tooling stock.
REQUIREMENTS
  • CNC Lathe experience essential; HAAS/Duggard machining knowledge would be nice, but NOT essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Happy to work Double Days.
  • Team player with proactive problem-solving skills.
