We are looking for an enthusiastic Pub Supervisor for a small front of house team for a beautiful pub near Hook, experienced in hospitality, retail or leisure. The Pub and B&B is located on Odiham's picturesque High Street, near to Hook, Alton and Basingstoke. The Pub is part of a highly reputable group operating within Surrey.
Responsibilities
- As pub supervisor you will share a passion for great service.
- You will be a highly valued and crucial part of the front of house team being the face of service, ensuring that customers have an exceptional experience every time.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is essential.
- A customer focussed mindset.
- Cellar and Liquor management experience preferred but not essential.
- A passion for great food and drink.
- Ambition and drive to become an expert on products, promotions, and competitions.
- The ability to take the lead when necessary and have the experience to ensure the front of house operation runs smoothly.
