Work: Full Time – 5 over 7

Shift Times: 6am–10:30 / 12:30–21:00

About the Role

As Chef De Partie you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service across the club’s food and beverage outlets. You will maintain kitchen standards, ensure food safety compliance, manage stock, and support the wider kitchen team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain kitchen standards and food safety compliance.
  • Manage stock control and minimise waste.
  • Support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality service.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
  • Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within hospitality kitchens.
  • Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Level 1 & 2 Food Safety qualifications preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and passion for fresh food.
