We are working with a long standing regional provider in securing an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established medium sized nursing service, supporting adults of all ages with a range of complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinically skilled and motivated leader to join a home with a current Good CQC rating and a stable management structure. Recent inspections and reviews shared that those using the service felt well supported and understood.
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care, compliance, and resident well-being are consistently delivered. You will lead and support the nursing and care teams, drive continuous improvement, maintain regulatory compliance, and create a positive culture for residents, families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home
- Ensure high-quality, safe, and person-centred care is delivered at all times
- Lead and support clinical and care teams to achieve excellent outcomes
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders
- Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, infection control, and risk management processes
- Nurse qualification with an active NMC PIN
- Significant experience in a leadership role within a nursing or learning disability care setting
