We are seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming nursery in Tunbridge Wells for a long‑term placement starting September. The role may be part‑time or full‑time, with full‑day and half‑day shifts, and offers the possibility of permanent placement for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Support children across the early years setting, delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Ensure children feel safe, supported and encouraged throughout the day.
  • Work as part of a team, participating in planning and implementing the daily schedule.
  • Assist with the transition of children to new activities and maintain a nurturing environment.
  • Maintain accurate observations and attendance records as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young children.
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
