The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per annum pro-rata, commensurate with experience

Working Hours: 3 to 4 full days per week, 9:00am to 5:15pm

Hybrid: Home working will be considered one day per week

Parking: Free onsite parking is available

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the firm’s partners to ensure the firm meets its regulatory and legal obligations
  • Overseeing risk management, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SRA Standards and Regulations
  • Supporting and potentially undertaking the responsibilities of MLRO and COLP, depending on experience
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and implementing necessary changes
  • Managing and maintaining the firm’s compliance framework, policies, procedures and risk register
  • Conducting file reviews and internal compliance audits
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and regulatory risks and advising Partners on risk exposure in key practice areas

Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor status or extensive experience within legal compliance
  • A thorough understanding of SRA regulations and regulatory compliance
  • Compliance and risk management experience within a busy law firm
