We are recruiting for an NPD Manager role, on behalf of a leading Food Manufacturer in the Lancashire area. The company is looking for people with drive, who are passionate about New Product Development and enjoy being hands-on.

You will be responsible for developing new products and processes to ensure that new products are progressed from concept, development, trial and testing stages through to launch.

The Ideal Candidates:

  • Excellent team working and organization skills, coupled with flair, passion and creativity for product development.
  • Relevant NPD / Technical knowledge gained from a Food Manufacturing environment.
  • Great leadership and communication skills, who can be influential within the team.

Salary: circa £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus Excellent Benefits Package.
