We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to support children and young people in small, nurturing residential homes. Due to the needs of the young people, including 2:1 staffing requirements, we are expanding the team to provide greater flexibility and consistency of care. You will work as part of a dedicated staff team to provide high-quality, child-centred care, supporting young people.
