About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturer within the upholstery and furniture industry, seeking an experienced Fabric Cutter to join their production team. This is an important role within the manufacturing process, ensuring fabrics and materials are accurately prepared to support high-quality sofa and furniture production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cut fabrics and materials accurately using patterns, templates, and cutting equipment
  • Read and interpret cutting plans, work orders, and technical drawings
  • Inspect fabrics for faults and minimise material waste
  • Work closely with sewing and production teams to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Follow all health and safety procedures
