Shifts: Fixed day or night shifts

Following continued investment in their Nottingham operation, we are now seeking a skilled Injection Mould Setter to join their production team. The role:

  • Set, adjust and optimise injection moulding and injection blow moulding machines across high-quality production lines
  • Carry out tool changes, machine start-ups and adjustments to minimise downtime
  • Ensure consistent product quality through process monitoring and fine-tuning
  • Work collaboratively with technical, maintenance and production teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities and high GMP standards across the site
  • Train and support production operatives to ensure the department runs efficiently
  • Recommend material and colour changes where required, maintaining a focus on quality and output

The person:

  • Experienced Injection Mould Setter with a solid understanding of processing parameters and troubleshooting techniques
  • Confident in tool changeovers, machine set-up, and optimisation
  • Experience within plastics manufacturing
  • Proactive, detail-focused and quality-driven with a positive approach to teamwork
  • Strong awareness of health, safety and good manufacturing practice
