A respected building services consultancy is looking to bring in a Sustainability Consultant with BREEAM experience to strengthen their growing team in the East Midlands. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects across the region, collaborating with engineers, building physicists, and design specialists to deliver low-carbon, high-performance buildings.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver BREEAM assessments across multiple project types
- Support sustainability and energy strategies from early design stages
- Prepare detailed environmental and sustainability reports
- Work closely with design teams to embed low-energy solutions
- Contribute to wider project deliverables, including:
- Embodied carbon and circular economy assessments
- Thermal comfort and overheating analysis
- Energy demand and infrastructure reviews
- Attend client meetings and design workshops
- Keep up to date with UK regulations and sustainability best practice
About You
- Experience carrying out BREEAM assessments independently
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations (including Part L)
- Experience with tools such as IES or One Click LCA is beneficial
- Background in sustainability, building services, or similar
- Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
- Able to manage multiple deadlines and projects
