You will be joining an exciting and well-established Architectural Practice that has been operating from numerous offices for over 25 years! The practice focuses on creating award-winning and iconic spaces that are memorable to everyone who experiences them. In addition, the practice has a fantastic sustainability initiative—having been carbon neutral since 2017, they are now working towards achieving net zero by 2040. They are now seeking a talented Architect to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to completion.
  • Producing creative and innovative design solutions in response to client briefs.
  • Using industry-standard software such as Revit to produce detailed drawings and models.
  • Managing projects across all RIBA stages, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements.
  • Preparing project specifications, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • You are a qualified Architect (ARB registered).
  • You are proficient in Revit.
  • You have experience working across all RIBA stages.
  • You have strong design, technical, and project coordination skills.
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
  • You are commutable to Nottingham or surrounding areas.
